La casetta: € 500 – 1.200 per week
La casona: € 800 – 2000 per week
La casetta and la casona are available on a weekly basis from Saturday
to Saturday all year round. Upon request, the houses can also be rent for shorter stays.
The prices include the exclusive use of the house, of the property and of the swimming pool (open from the second week of May till the second week of October)
The owner or the owner's agents may enter the property for maintenance of house, pool, gardens etc. as necessary.
A discount of 10% will be applied for stays of over two weeks.
The price of rental includes: gas, water, electricity, hot and cold air conditioning, wood for fireplaces, bed linens, bath towels, hand towels and pool towels, soaps and detergents. It also includes final cleaning, use of all appliances and equipment.
We have restored and furnished la casetta and la casona with care; therefore we hope that you will respect the property as if you were host at your friends’ home.
Check in time is pre-arranged with the owner
Check out time is at 11.00. Damages to the property have to be paid at check out or they will be deducted from the security deposit.
The price includes:
Booking, Payments and Cancellation
A deposit of 30% of the total rental price is due at time of reservation and the balance (70%) is due at arrival. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellation unless we are able to rebook the week reserved.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of 300.00 euros in cash is due upon arrival. This deposit will be held by the owner until the time of check-out, after inspection of the house, grounds, etc.
Renter’s responsibility and house rules
A maximum of 8 guests in la casetta and 12 in la casona are allowed to occupy the house, unless special arrangements are made. If the number of guests occupying the house exceeds the number agreed, the owner reserves the right to terminate the rental and ask the renters to vacate the house. The owner also reserves the right to retain the full amount of the security deposit.
The renter signing the contract is responsible for the correct and decent behaviour of his/her party, including the supervision and safety of all children at all times.
The renter is responsible for maintaining the house, grounds, and pool in good condition. Furniture should be kept in place and not be moved. Furniture, furnishings, equipment, etc. should not be removed from property for any reason. If any property is damaged or lost, this should be reported as soon as it is known to the owner.
The owner is responsible for the functioning of the house and the maintenance of grounds and swimming pool.
The swimming pool and the pond are not enclosed by fences and there are no lifeguards. Use of the pool and grounds, including the pond, is at the risk of the renters. Children must always be accompanied by an adult when using the swimming pool or visiting the pond.
Pets are allowed.
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
